Claude The DJ

Claude the DJ

From 2000 to 2007 I had an internet radio station going. At first no one was listening so I played a wide variety of music just for me. But around 2003 I noticed people were listening so I decided to have a more focused playlist. I named my station “Claude Jams the R&B oldies” and I played R&B music from the 60’s to the 80’s. I really liked the feedback I got from the listeners. I got e-mails from all around the world, from Iceland to South Africa.canstockphoto1542866

One thing I liked to do on my station was to play the “B” sides or cuts from the albums that most of the public have not heard, but if you were really into the music at that time you remember them. I remember playing the Temptations “two sides to love” and getting an e-mail from England asking where that song came from. It was a lot of fun playing that music and I hated to let it go. I would love to do it again.

Below is Claude’s music store where you can find some of the music I used to play, plus some music I would have played if I had expanded the play list beyond R&B oldies.
